Labor Code of Conduct
The University of Notre Dame was the first university to institute a Labor Code of Conduct. For further information, please see the University of Notre Dame Labor Code of Conduct.
Freedom of Association Policy
To ensure the proper manufacturing of products licensed by the University, companies must adhere to the Freedom of Association Policy.
All Retail licensees are required to register with the Fair Labor Association and must also adhere to policies addressing labeling and holographic tags/stickers.
